More Employees receive NHMEP’s Training
On April 17th, another group of 10 employees attended NHMEP’s Lean Mfg. Workshop. Of forty-two total employees in the company, twenty-seven, including all Managers, Supervisors, and Engineers, have received formal training in the basics of Lean Manufacturing.
Quality Managment System Underway
As we continue to enhance our quality control process, we completed our new Quality Manual and Quality Policy, and started formal training of the new QMS, the Quality Policy and Quality Procedures.
