Workshop. Of forty-two total employees in the company, twenty-seven, including all Managers, Supervisors, and Engineers, have received formal training in the basics of Lean Manufacturing.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Quality Managment System Underway<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As we continue to enhance our quality control process, we completed our new Quality Manual and Quality Policy, and started formal training of the new QMS, the Quality Policy and Quality Procedures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April 2008 &#8211; Baron Machine received the largest single order in the history of the company to make equipment components for the renewable energy industry.
